We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items such as wigs, hosiery, and makeup cannot be returned once opened.

We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.
