At CostumeBox, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If your costume isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all components of the costume, including accessories and original header cards, are placed securely back in their original packaging.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking number; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
